Ode

Rags in reality
bagged knees
34 crude patches
holes
a faded hint
like a wife
washed out
personality
one and only
your shortening legs
went dirty away
before the day
quick-marching fashion
followed with smelly flowers
and stole your mark
heretics ask after you
still
rest easy
in your grave
this is your vindication
